These are 12 foundational skills that research shows have a direct impact on a child's cognitive and physical abilities. Practicing these skills helps us make the connections we need to prepare the brain for learning.

Who is this course for?

For those new to Action Based Learning concepts, we highly recommend completing ABL-101 and ABL-102 before taking this course for a complete understanding of ABL concepts, as they dive deeper into the research and science behind the 12 foundations, and the role they play in student learning. This course will only provide a brief overview of each foundation, as it focuses mostly on activities.
